Alfa Romeo with an 8 tooth pinion. Strong, powerful, offset gear-reduced starter motor, delivering huge cranking torque through a set of steel internal gears. Lightweight, compact and durable this unit starts the engine faster with immense power, whilst drawing less current from the battery. All built by us in the UK!
This will fit all early Alfa Romeo 1300, 1600 and 1750 engines from 1968 to 1974.
Note: Late GT 1600 Junior, Spider 1600 Junior and Giulia Nuova Super 1600 models should always be verified, as earlier production vehicles retained the 8 tooth starter while later cars adopted the 9 tooth / 130-tooth flywheel configuration.
